If you ever need to call and talk to someone, I hope you do not get Jasmine. She was rude and would not listen to our questions when trying to get an explanation on our policy. She told us that we just needed to listen to her and that she knew what she was saying and we just were not listening. Also, they have no phone number on their website. What kind of reputable company does not list their phone number as a way to contact them.

I CALLED ABOUT AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE. MARY ANN SCHABOWSKI PROVIDED FIRST CLASS SERVICE. ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY. I AM INSURED WITH A WONDERFUL QUOTE AND AMAZING SERVICE. THAT IS WHY I CALL THEM FIRST.

Not satisfied at all with service. Ask agent to get other quotes and she ask who I had gotten quotes from; not my job! She called back and said I got two other quotes and they were more than I quoted you for the year. I thanked her and hung up. No follow up with other quotes as if the villages ins doesn’t care because they have enough business. She did try and talk me into keeping the insurance I have until policy ran out before she gave me quotes and keep my business to help her and not my interests.
