Once our home was signed on to your rental pool, it was as if we no longer existed. Every person we have spoken with since that time, from the woman who answers the 800 number to the caretakers speak to you with disdain and annoyance in their voice. We have only contacted them twice in 6 months, so it’s not like we are pests. The attitude does not create great confidence in your ability to care for one of our most valuable possessions - our new home.
