The staff is very friendly, helpful, and caring! Dr. Perez is the best doctor I’ve ever had! He takes time to listen and explain things to me. He is also very thorough in finding the causes when my lab results or vitals are off target.
I was with Tracy the last two visits. She was wonderful.
Definitely a 10. From when you walk-in, until you walk out, EVERYONE up front is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kahar and his assistant, George work so well together. Also, very through going over test results and sharing numbers so you understand. I think my husband Charles and I will be very happy.
9/19/25 From the moment I became a patient in The Villages Health Care System, service from all employees has been top notch. Dr.Perez is my primary care physician and I consider myself extremely lucky to have him as my primary caregiver. Nursing and Reception area staff are always friendly and very helpful.
Great visit with my nurse practitioner Vanessa for a follow up on a hospital stay. She was very helpful with suggestions on how to relieve the pain in my shoulder and back and suppled handouts go exercised to do. Did not rush me out the door even though I was probably her last patient for the day.
