Extremely disappointed and trust is broken. Wanted to purchase used golf cart. Waited a week for it to go through service and for them to give me a reasonable price. Then they left it out in the rain for the owner manuals to be destroyed and the rear seat to receive sun damage. I asked to be compensated on price they would not budge. They tried to fix the damage, they could not. Why would I buy from them if this is the treatment I get before the purchase? Good luck to the next owner.

I shopped various cart vendors in and near The Villsges and settled on The Villages Golf Carts for several reasons. Pricing was comparable, as best I could tell. My sales person at Brownwood was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The company’s size and resources gave me comfort that the purchase would be supported, warranty etc In summary I was very satisfied with the experience
