Do not move to this place. They will do anything to deny your deposit, that's what they did to my son. We left that apartment spotless clean and they only refunded him 1/4 of the deposit. Management sucks, never got back to him the 7 times he called and didn't even address the issue after going twice to the office. Apparently they want to keep the deposit money. They deserve zero stars. Anyone out there with the same deposit issues from this apartment complex?
I never had an issue while living there, however, once I left I had a difficult time getting information and getting updated/contacted on my deposit. It took almost three months to get my deposit, after many several visits and calls to the office asking for an update. I kept getting “the manager isn’t here right now”. I got the deposit in the mail today and shocked to see $175 and $150 for apartment cleaning and touch up paint fees. My mom and I had left the place extremely clean, cleaner than it was before. I lived in 2 BR apartment on the top floor 2022-2023. The manager called me directly when I inquired about the unit I was interested. They usually don't hold a unit for long before moving in, but they did hold it for me and honored my request. I loved that apartment. It was clean and well kept. I never heard neighbor noises or felt unsafe. I still miss the beach-like wind I got from balcony. One night, I left my car unlocked accidentally and nothing happened. My family & I lived here for 3 years and it truly felt like home. The staff was always friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about us as residents. Work order requests are completed in a timely manner, outside areas are kept clean, peaceful, and safe—perfect for anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.
