I have lived there for 4 years and the last one year of living there made me sick, I lived in the upstairs all 4 years and it was clean and DIDNT SMELL. People if you own a nice luxury vehicle. Do not MOVE here your car will either be broken into or it will be stolen, i can say so from experience. They have broken my car window 3 times. I lived there a little over two years and they have done nothing to upgrade security. I moved out and now there hitting me with fees even though after speaking to a property manager at the time, she said i can move out without paying any fees do to the inconvenience. my car windows were broken and they have done nothing about it, they wouldnt... read more
I don’t know where to begin we lived there for 5 years we always payed rent on time ! when we decided to move we called the office and also stopped by the office and told them that we’re moving in november and we also paid for the month of november they also charged us for december , after the manager in the office told us they don’t have any apartments with 3 bedrooms and that we should start looking for new apartments. Been here almost 4 1/2 yrs still great the office is friendly and there is and nice management VICIOUS DOG WILL NO LONGER BE A PROBLEM IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!
move in process was seamless and apartment was nearly spotless when i got the keys! a breath of fresh air in comparison to my last complex. stephanie is great! helped throughout the whole process. quite community as far as i can tell.
