I don’t know where to begin we lived there for 5 years we always payed rent on time ! when we decided to move we called the office and also stopped by the office and told them that we’re moving in november and we also paid for the month of november they also charged us for december , after the manager in the office told us they don’t have any apartments with 3 bedrooms and that we should start looking for new apartments. After I live to The villages at Stonewood for 5 years i have to upgrade the apartment to 3 bedroom not I want but lady from office ask to upgrade because we have baby now so we can’t live in 1 bedroom she say look for other apartment I let here know 45 days before and she say up to 60 day you can live whith no extra fee now I have to pay 936$ for nothing just fee because Im moving, it’s the trash place place if you looking to move here don’t do that don’t trust this people they charge you thousands for nothing just because... read more
move in process was seamless and apartment was nearly spotless when i got the keys! a breath of fresh air in comparison to my last complex. stephanie is great! helped throughout the whole process. quite community as far as i can tell.
Worst apartment I have EVER lived in. Black mold in my toilet, rotting cupboards and fixtures. I have asked MANY times for things to be fixed and they send someone out who says he will get the parts to fix it and never gets back to you. Everyone acts all sweet and nice but then acts completely oblivious when you have an issue. This is also a very dangerous area to live in.
Been here almost 4 1/2 yrs still great the office is friendly and there is and nice management VICIOUS DOG WILL NO LONGER BE A PROBLEM IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!
