Under Mr. Alex's leadership, Morgan Metro staff is first-class . They are about the success of their residents. They promote the initiatives of their residents. They treat you like family. The serviceman is the most hardworking man I've ever seen.
The customer service is excellent. The maintenance staff is awesome. They come out and fix your stuff the same day or the next day. The apartment homes are so very spacious and the community is very quiet.
I have enjoyed my stay with the staff and maintenance personnel. Especially that Lonnie. Thank you for my stay.
We moved here from out of state and weren't able to tour the facility in person. Candi made our experience great with prompt responses and even sent us photos of the model home to help us feel more at ease. Upon arrival, we were greeted by majority of the leasing consultants and other workers within the office. We love our new home and appreciate Candi for assisting us!
I've been living on the property for a year and I most recently had some issues with my apartment. I came into the leasing office to address the issue with HIGH concern and Alex and Karina WHERE MORE then helpful. They put my maintenance request in with HIGH emergency and within a few hrs my issue had been resolved.
