Absolute worst my home flooded and they are taking no responsibility I’m stuck paying full price for the inconvenience they caused and then told me to give them a 60 day notice very unprofessional and rude
RecommendedNice friendly service. Clean homes and spacious rooms. Large laundry room with large washer and dryer. The kitchen and eating area is very inviting with a greenery look out back. I love it and so does my dog.
Wonderful experience so far. Just a few minor issues with the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff is pleasant to deal with. I would like to see the trash areas a little cleaner.
Would not recommend anyone to live here. My air conditioning has not been working for almost 3 months and even after many messages they have not fixed it. It’s 90 degrees today! The maintenance team response time is horrible
Is an amazing place to live, very clean, quiet and the tecnical department is one of the best I've ever seen, they attend to you immediately you place a call. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I love it.
Overall, I recommend this community with some caveats. The maintenance is not reliable and the trails do not remain clear. This community has so much potential if the effort is put in to maintain these properties effectively, not just efficiently. The maintenance team bandaids items that need repair, only to fall apart again. For the amount of rent we pay, there are many inconveniences, especially for traffic closures. We at least need amenities to make it worth the amount, such as longer fitness center hours, clear walking ... read more
I recommend this community for it's convenience to the beltway and easy commute to DC.
I been in this community over 4 years, I can honestly say I love everything about it. The up keep is phenomenal. Customer service is always on point.
I will recommend this place because John Taylor the property manager has made some great changes to this community. I appreciate his kind words and the respect he shows to all. Truly one of the best property manager I have ever dealt with! I hope for the best!! Thank you again John for truly helping me!
