I moved in in 2016 very excited, newly married, 5-6 months pregnant & ready for our new start. Prior to move in they advised me over the phone that they ran both of our credits & based on income & prior history we would not have a deposit to move in. Office staff very rude. No gated community!! Don't fix anything when work order is called in... Never return call.. just moved in 4 months ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lots of bugs. And drug additics...
They never gave me back my deposit and even after sending them a demand of pay letter they still ignore me. Beware of this place. All they'll do is steal your money.
CRIME: The crime is out of control because they don’t do enough to screen perspective residents or provide proper security. They do not close the security gates to the car park or the main entry. The 1st month I was here someone was shot in the subdivision next to us. We have had marshal swat team removing a new tenant for cocaine trafficking above me. 6 months into my residency we have had another swat team raid the division across from me. Very unprofessional staff, rude and their legal team operates as as Slumloards. My rent was always paid obviously on time and never late! My rent was paid by a program locally and guaranteed. My apartment was slum issues with constant air conditioning leaks, all cupboards were ghetto, broken and missing doors and face boards. Appliances never worked properly and we're broken and severely dented. Huge gap in main door so my there was an inch gap ,you could actually see daylight wth the gap.
