My favorite part about my living experience is my balcony. The grounds are well kept and I love all the grassy areas to walk my dogs around. The pool is beautiful as well. Verified Renter I've only lived at the Villages at Louetta for about a week now, and already I'm very impressed. Apartment is fantastic, community is clean and safe, amenities are great. The leasing process was fairly simple, and the leasing office staff are prompt and attentive to your needs. All in all, a great place to live.
I WOULD recommend this apartment. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. I really like it here. The maintenance guys are great, things get fixed usually within 72 hours. The ladies at the office are friendly, haven’t had any issues with them. The complex is pretty quiet and clean. Haven’t seen or heard of any crime for the past 2 years. I feel safe here. Safety is very important for young women like me.
