Neighbors are so disrespectful when they stay above you they bang slam doors extremely loud no consederation for tenants under them it sounds like wild animals they have so much traffic it's ridiculous it's like they are purposely doing this after having office involved the office has not given out any demands to this tenant this has been going on for a year now they have made slick threats about other relatives been killed do to a similar altercation I have not said anything to this person I have called over 20 times cooper... read more
There is a tenant at 2835 arapahoe st Denver CO 80205 has been having illegal activity at her residence the children are out of control fighting and beating up homeless people and pulling guns on other tenants and still being able reside on this property they have been doing this for year's high volume of gang activity we do not feel comfortable here
Don’t move to the Blake st 3 Bd it will be your Worse nightmare the ceiling is leaking from the 3 rd all the way down. The lights also keep flickering and shutting off and all they want is you to hit the switch back on and off. It’s a fire hazard!!!!
