Danny was kind, prompt and professional. He was nice enough to share the reasoning behind each step of his process when performing the maintenence requested in my unit.
I toured the Villages at Canterfield for the first time after a long trip from out of state, and I was so impressed with the landscape and how well it was maintained. I was almost shocked at how welcoming the office staff was to me and my partner because the surrounding communities that we toured previously were dismissive to say the least. Although my partner and I are still in the search for a new home, The Villages at Canterfield is one of our top options.
They were super fast and punctual fixing our toilet.
Moved here in June and absolutely love the area. The management and all staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed a couple of things fixed immediately got everything done. Very quick response to issues.
