I have lived here since the property has been built and I absolutely love living here. The office and the maintenance team is beyond exceptional and I couldn’t be more happy to live in such a well taken care of community!

I’m very happy with my experience at The Villages at Canterfield. From the beginning, Maribel Gavina was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. She guided me through the entire leasing process, answered all my questions patiently, and always had a great attitude. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The community is peaceful—perfect for feeling comfortable and safe at home. I totally recommend this place, especially if Maribel is the one helping you. Thank you for everything!
Moving into The Villages at Canterfield has been an easy and smooth process! Maribel and Steve have been so helpful throughout all of the process and I highly recommend this place! The amenities are great and it is a wonderful place to live.
