Apartment Review My experience here has honestly been disappointing. It feels like the office is very focused on getting people approved and moved in, but once you’re a resident, getting concerns addressed feels like a completely different experience. I’ve now been here 6 months, and maintenance still has not returned to complete everything that was documented on my move-in checklist. I like to take a minute and give a shout out to MARIBEL. From the moment I came into her office she was there with a smile and greeted me. The villages at Canterfield was the location I knew I wanted for my families new home. Maribel was always there to assist and answer all my questions. Reassuring me along the way that we could make this happen. I will be forever grateful for her kindness. She is professional and gets the job done. Way to go MARIBLE!
I moved my Daughter in this weekend and was very impressed with Maribel and her professionalism and willingness to accommodate my Family during our visit. The apartment is realy nice and the amenities are impressive.
