Through evaluation with multiple treatment options provided. Willing to submit treatment plan to insurance for prior authorization so I would know my out of pocket prior to starting treatment. Great experience from moment I entered door from everyone there! They are not providers covered by my insurance but I am willing to pay a little more out of pocket for this type of treatment from provider I trust. Highly recommend!
As soon as I entered the office, the young lady, Ashley?, at the front desk greeted me warmly and was very pleasant. The next person I met, Dr. Pilosi's Assistant, Jordan was very pleasant and professional. The large exam room was very clean and tidy. Dr. Pilosi was very personable, knowledgeable and I felt she was also very competent. She answered my questions in a very professional straight forward manner. I look forward to my next visit.
Dr. Pellosie and her staff are excellent! Appointment was on time, Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable through out the procedure. Even checking in & checking out was pleasant! I highly recommend!
So appreciated the time with Taylor this morning. I arrived late - thought the spp’t was 9:30 instead of 9 but she was so gracious about it. She listened to my apprehension about reclining due to vertigo issues and was so careful and kind in responding. She was gentle, kept checking in with me and I was so grateful for her approach.
Excellent care by Dr. Linda and her assistant. Even though I forgot my partial she found a way to proceed without it.
This dentist, assistants, hygenist and office staff have treated us very well. Not my favorite place to be but the service is terrific.
