The office is convenient to get to with abundant, close parking. The waiting room is pleasant, the staff courteous and efficient and the dental hygienist was professional, competent, friendly and gave helpful suggestions. The facility is upbeat and clean. It is easy to check and check out,as well as make future appointments. I like getting reminders of appointments by computer with opportunities for feedback after the appointment.
My wife and I have been going to this office since we moved to the area about 3 years ago. You can't often say you enjoy going to a dentist but all of these employees make you feel as good as you can about going to the dentist. Their service is as good as we have ever experienced in this field. Would recommend them to anyone. And if you need it, they will refer you to another practitioner for services beyond their field of expertise!
I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but this office has altered my frame of mind. For the first time in my life I actually go willingly. Taylor, my hygienist, is so personable and understanding. I hope she never leaves.
I have always had an excellent experience with professional cleaning and checkup on my teeth. I have been with this dental team for a good long time and trust them completely with my dental care.
Very positive experience. Jordan (technician) was very professional and knowledgeable, and especially courteous and friendly. The dentist (Dr. Pellosie) was also exceptionally professional. She helped me understand my options and made sensible recommendations without overt pressure.
have enjoyed going here the past few years now. So friendly and do a great and caring job. The only downside is that it is very popular so dont miss your scheduled appointment. Maybe they should consider moving to a larger space to add more staff:)
The smiles started when you walked in the front door. What a friendly place. My hygentist was fairly new in the business but did a fantastic job, I will use her again. Everyone in the practice said hello and smiled!! Nice
I had my teeth cleaned today by Joann. She does an excellent job and I'd give her a 5 star rating. What I'm unhappy about is Joanne found what she thought could be a cavity but even though Dr. Pellosi was in, she couldn't find even a few minutes to verify if it was a cavity or not. This forced me into making an additional appointment to determine the status of my tooth.
The method of cleaning teeth is an amazing way of doing that. No picking, scraping or pulling.
