Clean rooms, towels, bedding, shower. Very comfortable bed. My dust allergies were not triggered here which is a relief! Would definitely stay again!!

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. But...the bed was way too high! I'm only 5' tall and at 80 years old, had a very hard time climbing into it. Also, a "rod" sticking out from under the box spring that I kept bumping my leg on. I couldn't get the wi-fi to work in the room. Had to go sit in the car to make a call. Worst....the neon light OUTSIDE OF OUR WINDOW shined in our room, even with the drape closed, all night! It was like sunrise all night. No place to hang clothes or coats and no clock. The only good thing about this motel is the location. I work in hospitality and understand how difficult it can managing large groups but there isn’t anyone managing anything over here. People are outside at all hours of the night, blaring music and smoking, beer cans are just thrown on the lawn. The music did not stop until well after 2am and was so loud that I felt trapped somewhere between anger and fear. If they do have a property manager on site you would never know. We will not be returning.

My son and I are on a road trip car camping. An extreme heat wave hit and we needed a hotel for 2 nights. This place was $77 with AAA a night. Great price. The kitchenette was awesome as we were cooking all our meals anyways. This was a great location for us floating the Saco River and exploring the white mountains. Room was clean and well stocked for a kitchenette room. And most importantly the AC worked great!
