If I could give less than a start, I would. Out of 7 years going to different vets in all the States, I've lived, this has been the worse service of ALL I have ever received! I waited 3 weeks to get my dog's results; well, perhaps they were having difficulties working around COVID... I have not just got a rude receptionist, who raised her tone when I requested very politely the results for my basset.
