Loud and I didn't care for the food. Calamari is rubbery and tastes like they use old oil. Not sure why it's so popular, except that there don't seem to be good options in yhat area.

I am a Vegan and had options here. The Chef did some substitutes for me. Very much appreciated. Also cool bathroom
We have been loyal customers at the Village Squire in West Dundee and have tried the South Elgin location 3 times. The first time we went the service was fine but the next 2 times were terrible. The service is awful and the food is not nearly as good as the West Dundee location. With the bad service reviews on here and word of mouth, I am surprised they are still open.
