Recommendedso I had a bad experience last week and wrote a bad review to the whole place, I am updating my review after calming down and talking with Jan she followed through with what she said she would do for me, I have gone to Village Spa for years and always had a good experience till March 6th, I let the actions of one persons customer service write a bad review, I would tell anyone looking for a place to get a great haircut, and a massage to go there. 100% the best place I've went to get my hair done
I was ready to lighten up my very dark brown hair, maintenance of the grey roots has been a real hassle. Tanner did a GREAT job, I love it. Also one of the best (most relaxing) shampoos I've ever had.
I have two stylus there that I really really like. They are able to translate my ideas into A great cut. Thanks Jan and Sara
Just got the best haircut of my life! I showed Lauren one picture of what I wanted and it came out perfect. She explained everything she was doing and gave me tips on doing my hair at home. I will definitely be back!!

Lauren is an absolute rock star! She’s professional, friendly and has excellent customer service! There’s not a cut I haven’t loved yet! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming!
Craig is an amazing hair stylist. The most competent one I have ever been to. He knows what he's doing and he does it well, I'm so glad I found this place, I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again!
