Management is amazing. Great place to live if you have a pet or esa. The dog park is one of my favorite amenities. The clubhouse is also wonderful, and often available. I've used it for many gatherings since we've moved in. Well maintained lawn, and very reasonable housing pricing!
First off the worst reviews are from old management. My wife and I have lived here for a while now and we love it. Management is kind and understanding, they are humans and treat everyone respectfully, maintenance is prompt and will go out of their way to make things right. This place has a good community, charming gathering areas and they are doing more to improve the place all the time. We have lived here 2 years now and overall experience has been amazing, with the new management they hired, it’s been great 🤘
My family has been here for 6 years and has been a great place to live. We have seen a lot of changes from front office to upgrades with the complex. As with any place they all have small problems. Parking has gotten a lot better I just wish they had handicap parking on one side of the complex. They really try and keep the grounds clean for kids to play. Woe really love it here and have been pleased. I've never had an issue with management when I've gone in there for any reason.
We had such a great experience working with the leasing office! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the whole process, and they made moving into our new apartment feel really easy and stress-free. Mark Oliverson was especially helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure everything went smoothly. We’re so excited to move in and are really happy with our decision! Definitely recommend!
