Would give 0 if I could. THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. The apartments themselves aren’t too bad, but ever since Connextion Properties bought out The Village it has gone to crap. I lived there for 2 years, and the first year under the old management was wonderful, quick maintenance and great communication from the management team. SCAM WARNING. I have never experienced a rental application process as unprofessional, invasive, and disorganized as this one. I've also never left a Google review, as I am always willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but I believe they intentionally stole from me with no intention of ever even reviewing my application.
