Love it here! We have lived here for almost a year and have not had any issues. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any little problems, and we love our place! Would definitely recommend the Village.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s way to expensive for what your getting. Extremely unprofessional. And the owners are scammers. They charge you fees on fees on fees. You get a cleaning fee when you move in and when you move out (tell my how that makes any sense, they just make more money) they don’t care if anything happens. We moved in to a cat urine infested apartment and they should have accommodated better. While living there our upstairs neighbor flooded so they had to put tubes through our apartment. Moved out a couple months ago - Look elsewhere for housing. When we lived there we had our fridge slowly die, put in MULTIPLE maintenance requests. They did not replace it until it was completely warm. So we had to throw out a bunch of food. No A/C on the first floor, did tell us that until we were moved in. Just don't. I don't have the energy to explain, just save yourself some time and go live somewhere else.
Management was rude even hostile, particularly after we didn't renew our lease. The charged us incorrectly on at least two occasions they admitted to. You will not get your security deposit back. There is a hidden fee where they require you to pay for professional cleaners as part of the moveout procedure and then they'll still take your deposit anyway.
