When we were moving to Rexburg and looking for an apartment we were a little nervous about the previous reviews (from years ago) here. But we had 1 dog and they didn’t have any crazy regulations about breeds so we decided to give it a shot. We have been SO pleased with our choice to stay at The Village. I have been living at The Village in Rexburg, and my experience has been great. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I need assistance. Any maintenance request or concern I have is handled promptly, which makes living here stress-free. The community is well maintained, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about their residents. I was not impressed with the village, I reported an issue with my stairs when I first moved in and it wasn’t fixed the entire time I lived there. Once I moved out I asked for a cleaning list but they didn’t have one and said “just make sure it’s clean”. I cleaned the apartment very well the only thing I didn’t do was carpet clean and I was charged $200 for apartment cleaning. The clubhouse gym and bathroom are also not very clean.
Maintenance came and in a timely matter. Any concerns they helped with. Apartment is nice and spacious.
I am a current resident at The Village and have lived here 2 years now. The first thing you should know is that the entire community has recently seen some very positive changes - and the new management deserve props for making it happen. In fact, the entire staff (including management, front desk, and maintenance crew) have all been consistently easy to work with. Most importantly, they are responsive!
