She is truly one of the best orthodontists out there. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes her time with every visit and never rushes through any phase of treatment, which makes such a difference especially when working with children. We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Kramer and the team in Urbana! Both my son and I got invisaligns. My son is a teenager and not always compliant, but everyone in the office is kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable right away. They take the time to explain what’s going on without making it overwhelming, which I really appreciate.
