Did you know the patios in the one bedrooms are connected. – I lived there not even a week. One day I came to what I thought was home, and noticed my damn neighbor on my balcony. He got in through the storage room that we share. Please stay away. Not a good choice at all!!
not as it seems – First of all do not believe any apartment complex when they tell you they are d_ _g free. I have seen management walk past someone smoking w_ _d and did not say anything. The police are not over there as much as they say. They also lied when the said people can not have big animals. There are people that stay by the leasing office with as you already know pit bulls. What a choice – Lived at Jackson Landing Apartments for over a year and it was the most miserable year of my life. I advise anyone considering moving to that community to rethink it. Management is very weak, and they are not very concerned about their tenants. This community is loaded with unwanted guest and full of plumbing problems. They charge way to much rent and does not keep the property up. I regret i ever moved here it was one of the biggest mistakes i have ever made in my life. A nightmare come to life! – I lived at Jackson's Landing (formerly Riverwalk) Apartments for about ten months. It got so bad in June that I moved to a new home. Unfortunately, after months of complaining about black mold, water pouring down from the apartment above through my ceiling, neighborhood thugs threatening myself and my roommates, and two g a n g s fighting on May 28, I couldn't take it anymore.
