The care that my father received at Winston Park (Newberry) was fantastic. I was there to visit him almost every day and saw that the people working there were the best. They genuinely cared about every senior on the floor. My Father was very happy and enjoyed their company. If you are looking to have a loved one go to LTC, Winston Park should be a top choice. Gord
The staff are friendly, professional, and caring. Room the common areas, dining area, the rooms, everything is bright and clean and well cared for. I am so thankful my loved one is here.
Father in law lived in Long Term Care (Roseville) for the last year. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received while there. Everyone on staff, regardless of their job, were amazing. My deepest gratitude to all.
The staff at the facility are usually attentive but in recent days they were not able to be properly staffed. Vacations should be staggered and limited spo a minimum of approximately 80% staffing is available to all the residents. Thankyou
