I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. It's remodeled, but the tub hasn't been, and they actually paint them. I almost fall every time. The maintenance people are very helpful, especially Rowan. I'm only writing in case you are looking to move here and your money is tight. If you don't have much money to work with after the rent, you'd better think about it. These apartments were most likely built in the 70's. No heat pump. My heating is always set at 67. I’ve been a tenant at The Village of Laurel Ridge for about two years. From move-in, I reported a mildew/mold odor in my unit that was never resolved. Maintenance confirmed moisture in the closet walls with their own meter, and black mold has been visible in the bathroom. The property attempted temporary fixes (humidifiers, drywall patching, tar outside), but the issue persisted.
