We're working on our 2nd year at the village it's been a great experience beautiful environment quite ,peaceful,tranquil,safe secure good community very respectful staff is great leasing office currently Bianca very informative replies to emails quickly helpful in every aspect maintenance is super responsive Keith at the top of the helm great person really cares about the tenant being content with the quality of work always follows up it's obvious why he's incredible at his job overall it's a blessing for our family thanks.
I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. It's remodeled, but the tub hasn't been, and they actually paint them. I almost fall every time. The maintenance people are very helpful, especially Rowan. I'm only writing in case you are looking to move here and your money is tight. If you don't have much money to work with after the rent, you'd better think about it. My 2 bedroom apartment adds up to over $1,700. These apartments were most likely built in the 70's. Great staff overall very helpful makes you feel comfortable and at ease with any issues regarding maintenance or anything in general Keith is an absolute stand out treats people with respect and class and is incredible at his job takes pride on making sure your ok goes above and beyond thanks guy's appreciate you .
Keith was fantastic in helping me find my Amazon packages when they were delivered to the wrong spot.
