UPDATING MY REVIEW AFTER MOVE OUT: moved out March 14. Updating my review June 26th. Changing down to a 2 star rating. I’m only leaving these 2 stars for the maintenance team because of their ease to work with and reliability. Beware after you move out all of your utilities are TWO months backdated so you will continue to receive unknown bills for up to two months. I kept my place very clean so did not receive any charges for cleaning or unexpected damages. I knew I damaged a few blinds & those would be changed. They charged... read more
Keith is a great maintenance tech! Everytime we put a ticket in he comes right away. He’s very professional and very good at his job! Keep up the great work man!
Keith and his crew do a great job of promptly fixing any issues with our apartment and are always friendly and down to earth.
how do i even begin. keith is by far the hardest worker ive ever seen in my whole life. the way he so diligently works and is incredibly helpful. man deserves a raise or a crown for being such a great hard worker. the amount of times he’s so willing to help me is awesome.
I’ve lived here for 8+ years and The original staff here was amazing. Now the new staff and maintenance are awful and rude. Some of them have disrespected me in my own home because of issues with the older apartment that they gave me. I’ve had issues for many years now with black mold and leaking pipes. The resolution for the black mold you ask?, Was to just cover it up with some kilts and paint it and then every summer it came back but worse.
