I currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment. It's remodeled, but the tub hasn't been, and they actually paint them. I almost fall every time. The maintenance people are very helpful, especially Rowan. I'm only writing in case you are looking to move here and your money is tight. If you don't have much money to work with after the rent, you'd better think about it. These apartments were most likely built in the 70's. No heat pump. My heating is always set at 67.
