It's been a year now that my family and I have been blessed with this beautiful community. Our Townhouse is just beautiful. At times we are visited in the back of our home by dears, they don't disturb or do any harm to the property. The creek is just so peaceful. For me as well. The thing that I am so grateful for is the people that work here. From the office personal to the Maintenace crew, they are just amazing. This apartment community took my money to hold an apartment ($200) and ignored my phone calls and emails on how long the apartment would be held for. Needless to say the hold was non-refundable. This unsavory business practice is the reason I did not enter into a lease. In reading the reviews, I saved myself a lot of headaches and predatory rent increases.
Would NEVER recommend for anyone to live here. It's absolutely horrible! Office staff are rude, never answer the phone and don't know what they are doing. They let people with dogs move in without checking shot records. Do not move here!
