I’ve been a tenant at The Village of Laurel Ridge for about two years. From move-in, I reported a mildew/mold odor in my unit that was never resolved. Maintenance confirmed moisture in the closet walls with their own meter, and black mold has been visible in the bathroom. The property attempted temporary fixes (humidifiers, drywall patching, tar outside), but the issue persisted. I had a good experience with the Village of Laurel Ridge. Evan Viggiano was very helpful and patient answering any of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place if you're looking to relocate.
The Village of Laurel Ridge & The Encore Apartment Leasing Offices Employee Evan Viggiano at 399 Ringneck Drive, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions guiding us through the Leasing application and process. Mr. Viggiano went beyond our expectations. I am looking forward to my stay.
