Nice place. Nice city. Very different from New York city..and nice consistent weather.
The models are BEAUTIFUL- no doubt- but not comfortable with them being so close to the landfill. 1.5 miles away, you can actually walk there. How much further from the landfill are homes being built at escaya? Another 4-5 miles? I think only then would we be more than happy to consider it our future home. Please inform potential buyers on this important matter. My husband and I really love the homes there, but we'd only buy the lot furthest from the dump. What would that distance be? So sad that a lot of houses are being constructed but with the rich in mind. There are more and more homeless families ( not individuals) families, that even middle income can not afford. Its the high mortgage payments and its the high rent that is skyrocketing. Who decides this? Why aren't they more accessible to middle income? I'll pay 1500 mortgage payment on a 2 bedroom. That's the max i can afford. You offer it, ill take it.
