Great places nurses are really nice and friendly
I have worked for other nursing homes for over 15 years. When it came to finding a place for my Pops to rehab after back surgery, I was nervous about what the care was going to be like. However, even with my "hawk eye" watch, I was overwhelmingly impressed with his whole 2 week stay. He loved the food, loved that they would make custom meals as well. Very slow with the call button response. The day shift nurses are always friendly, responsive, and on point. The night shift is a hit or miss. Meals should be eaten in the military style dining room. If eaten in your room, it will be ice cold. Therapy staff are excellent . It is a little intense, but the therapists talk you through each step and make you smile. which keeps you distracted. I highly recommend, even it's outpatient. **I would have rated a 5 but I had several issues with the night staff.**
I was in the rehab at this facility for 2 weeks. My Experience There was a good one. . Most every person there was Pleasant helpful Capable and caring. From the heads of the different departments to the nurses , Therapist, the kitchen help and even those who cleaned the rooms. They cared for my Wounds and got me moving on my feet with Regular Therapy Sessions. Their soups were always hot and flavorful. And they made sure you Had plenty to eat.
