At first, everything was fine. However, we soon realized the maintenance does nothing but take shortcuts. Our dishwasher has yet to be properly fixed since we've moved in. We had a water leak in our master bedroom, and all they did is spray the ceiling to make it "look okay." Recently, we've had a family move in next door, and they brought roaches with them. Despite our many reports to the housing office, they've only sprayed once and simply don't care that the issue hasn't been fixed.
Definitely worth it! Peaceful
Love living at Avalon Park! Friendly community, leasing agents are so amazing, maintenance is so helpful and the dog park is our fav!
