i love this community! the staff is always friendly & helpful. Been in the area a few years now & still extremely happy!!
We’ve lived here 3 years now and I can count on one hand how many issues I’ve had in this complex. To which, none were an issue with the staff nor property itself. Maintenance fixes things in a very timely manner, the office staff is great, the area is quiet, and since we’ve been here, they’ve added a little playground for the kids. It’s located in a very convenient area, as we aren’t far at all from the High School and some shopping areas. Its a very familiar friendly community, I’d highly recommend if moving to the area.
Avalon Park Apartments is a great place to live. The community is well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The administration team is friendly, responsive, and very attentive to residents’ needs.
Great service amazing reception and clean community.
