FYI, The Village Network is NOT a great place for foster parents especially the African American parents. They play a lot of favoritism; The staff is NOT supportive when it comes to the foster parents at least not with the African American parents. The staff will lie to the county workers and to their boss on the foster parents just to cover their butts. Please take my word for it! It's Not worth losing your license over lies.
