Great experience, super easy hotel, Savanah at the front desk was great!
Most of our wedding party stayed at the Whitlock last weekend, and we heard nothing but great things about the rooms, the service, and location. We had a great and smooth experience booking the room block through the sales team.
Starting with the positive - the location is good. That aside, DO NOT STAY HERE! Obvious signs of a bed bug problem, including a treatment powder covering the floor under the bed (diatomaceous earth - also a respiratory risk). This place is a health risk. The hotel should be shut down until they have fully resolved what is an obvious and ongoing issue. We couldn’t get out of there sooner. If you want to avoid bed bugs - avoid this place. Edit - owners response is atrocious - this is not dust. Added video.
