The owners are terrible and could Really care less how things actually go at villiage. Idk how they have any good reviews because most people I know, and I work with seniors and talk to their families often, wouldn’t trust them to watch a plant for them Let alone a person they love. it has been a good experience for me. Our dad was in the Pearl Garden (memory care) at the Village. We cannot begin to express our gratitude to the staff at the Village and in particular those in Pearl Garden. He received such loving care during his last year of life thanks to these dedicated professionals. They work hard to keep the residents engaged in activities to enrich their lives and make their days more enjoyable. The staff talks to the residents as if they are family members, not patients. My Grandmother has received excellent care with at the Village. The staff is caring and prompt. They are so patient and good with her dementia. She has received excellent therapy from the rehabilitation staff and should be ready to move to an assisted living soon. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother in her time of need!
