When I did not receive anything near what I order, I went in to speak to the florist. She was rude, unapologetic, and combative. She stated that I was "obviously someone that was impossible to please" and she was okay losing my and my family's business.
I was an out of state bride, looking for a florist for Biloxi wedding. This florist came highly recommneded from family and friends. The owners went above and beyond to work with my budget and to satisfy my needs. They return your phone calls and emails promptly and are very profesional.
