Meals are super flavorful. Great wine. Great staff. Great portions. Great ownership.
Our party enjoyed the traditional fare as well as the slightly off road selections. The piping hot Brie was served roasted garlic and a carrot slaw, and a few walnuts to enjoy atop toast points. It paired fabulously with wines that lended themselves a bit too acidic when stood alone. The stuffed delicata squash with the creamed spinach filling, and the smoked apple sauce, with pomegranate molasses was incredible. Give this place a try. It’s small, independent, and absent of pretentiousness.
I'm a huge fan of high quality food delicious food and the Village Cork never disappoints. They source from local (when possible), organic, and sustainable sources. Plus the food has a brilliant hint of the Southern US mixed with some rustic European class. The wine selection is always in rotation and any glass is a good choice!
