Great Assisted Living facility- well maintained and clean at all times. The residents receive excellent care from all of the staff. The staff know all the residents by name creating a sense of family. My mother has been living at Willow Crossings for 10 months and it has been a wonderful experience.
Moving a loved one to an assisted living facility is a difficult time filled with anxiety and worry for a family. Willow Crossings has turned out to be one of the best decisions our family has ever made. My mom has been a resident for 8 months now and we could not be more happy with her life there. My mother a high level of care and received excellent care throughout her stay, especially from her RCA. I felt confident that she was advocating for my mother's needs and made sure she received what she needed. I would, without reservation, recommend Willow Crossings to anyone needing that level of care. I was also impressed by the friendliness of staff and the longevity of their tenure. It speaks well. The care she received from Willow Crossings integrated well with First Choice Hospice.
My 84 yr old mom joined willow crossing in October 2025 after living independently for over 5 years. Over a decade ago my parents moved from our home of many years into assisted living at VWC. While I was at first very apprehensive about the change, over the years I have found my initial fears to have been unfounded.
