Maintenance was done very quickly and Marcos was very polite.
Marcos and Jeremiah came to our apartment to take care of a few maintenance issues, and they did an excellent job. They replaced the bathroom lightbulb, fixed a leak under the sink by installing a new face basin, and replaced the vent in my daughter’s bedroom that wasn’t working. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Building maintenance staff was very helpful and polite. I called them when I was out of town during the winter storm to ask if they could set my heater for me to keep from busted pipes and they did with no problem. Thank you Marcos and Jeremiah!
