I lived at Octive town Apartments for a year. At first, everything seemed great—so much so that I even left a 5-star review when I moved in. I’ve since deleted that review and am writing this one to warn future residents. Management went drastically downhill over time. Communication became nonexistent, and requests were consistently ignored. If I could put 0 stars I would this place is ridiculous I was told I wouldn’t be charged for a repair by the manager and I put a work order in for the damages I did not do. The maintenance staff were not able to replace my door due to not having the correct size they caused more damage to the door framed and insured me multiple times as well as the manager I would not be charged for this at move out now I am being told I was never told that I also have a witness of the conversation and the charge is still being applied to th... read more
My move in process was great!!!! Everything super clean and in good/decent condition!!! Love my new space
i love the towns especially since octiv bought them! the office is always open now, they’re very helpful and nice .they’ve also updated the appliances which is such a big plus!
