I have lived at Octiv for the past year. My experience has been great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with our air conditioning and the maintenance crew came and solved our issue quickly. They are always more than happy to help with anything.💗

Best Town Homes around close to campus and Greek village! I live in the apartment but have been in and out of the town homes. They have done a lot to upgrade the units would definitely recommend. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
