DONT MOVE HERE it’s not safe here They have no pole cameras to make sure the area is safe , break-ins every night gunshots every night around The middle of the night rent don’t stay the same what they don’t mention is you gotta get portable washing machines and dryers you can’t have a regular washing machine and dryer literally don’t waste your money here you don’t get no comfort here.
I had a maintenance issue took some time to resolve until Sam came along and fix my issue with in minutes thank you Sam

The only positive thing about this community is the size of the apartments. Everything is will give you a headache. From the office workers with horrible attitudes and neck problems, to the roaches, the rats, not mice, but RATS, to the regularly overflowing garbage, to the regular car break ins, to the murders, there were at least 2 murders within the last year, to the pool NEVER being functional for more than 2 weeks at a time. Kiana Young made the move in process quick and easy. She's super friendly too and the kids love her! The special they had running made my first two months super affordable. I'm talking absolutely dirt cheap. I'm talking a family meal at KFC dirt cheap. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Kiana when you go in!
