I use to live hear and it was nice I just recently visited and nothing seems like it has changed they are charging excessive amounts of money for the same amount of space with no upgrades smh..
Its Good overall with its pros and cons. Although we have some great property mangers, keeping them seems to be an issue. I have been here going on 5 years, but we have had 5 different property managers. Lately parking lot noise after the leasing office closes has been an issue. We used to have a courtesy officer when I first moved in that kept the community quiet and safe. I have complained to management and corporate office, not much has changed. I am not sure they are able to do anything about it.
