It was fine when I first moved here in January,but now there is a growing rat infestation. Me and my neighbor is both dealing with them , along with other units. We told maintenance about it and they came and put cheap options down for them and it’s not working. We’ve personally killed 2 and there’s more!! My wife has seen a huge black one(probably momma) and we have seen rat droppings upstairs near my kids now! This is unacceptable for the amount of money we are paying.
