Let me preface this by saying I really wanted to like this place. My wife and I were expecting our first child when we moved in and were excited for this to be our first home as a family. We picked this location after viewing a display unit, which looked nice. I also want to note that this is just one experience, but is consistent with feedback we have gotten from our neighbors.
