They are taking your security deposit for no reason, a bunch of scammers are running the management they charge me for cleaning fee and other stuff while we get them a clean apartment with Zero problems back like the day one, specially Alexa she is the worst manager I've ever seen in my entire life !
The village apartments is a quiet place to stay and has a great maintenance team. Donnie is a gem to the maintenance team at the village. He is very diligent, fast, and manages to accomplish all task with a smile. He has integrity and has been found to be very trustworthy. Maintenance team always very positive, fast, trustworthy and on point!
Management is terrible, we left last month they overcharged us for no reason, Avoid!
Worst mistake I’ve ever done moving here. This company does not respect privacy at all. Light projected right into the apartment illuminating the inside of the apartment at night. Curtains installed can’t even cover the bright light. Sensors are located all over the apartment clicking as you walk through it. The feeling of being watch or heard is unbearable.
