Kenny Gross was the landlord at the current time I was renting. I never got things fixed prior to moving in or during the duration of my stay. Holes in the closet doors, busted toilets, closet door not even hung in the bedrooms, cracks in tiles, water leak that his plumber only made worse so got my own contractor to fix that. I contract a lot of work from this landlord and have painted several of the units there. I've seen just this week the land lord has invested 10's of thousands of dollars in these units. Other tenants have spoke highly of the owner and stated any issues they've had has been fixed in a very timely manner. They said they have been there several years without any issues. If I could give a -5 I would!!! My a/c leaked from Nov-sept. We moved out due to mold. Landlord doesn’t fix anything. Neighbor fell through his floor!!! They cheap for a reason.
Two Words: SLUM LORD. The landlord is the worst. He won't fix anything. Most of the unit's AC units are broken. I didn't have air conditioning all summer which I was told he didn't care because he "legally doesn't have to provide AC" which is true, it's not illegal but it is already provided it just doesn't work and he advertises that AC is included but if your unit's AC goes out it will not be fixed.
