Poor communication. Failure to address concerns. Used Covid as an excuse not to follow up on issues and concerns. When my mom called crying in pain - the staff said her bruises and swelling was from a blood draw taken days earlier - but they prescribed hydocodine for pain ? Mom said she was grabbed during physical therapy but the staff said no and then said well that’s your mom’s truth. When I asked the head nurse I was told there was a small bruise from a blood draw. Loving care in a home like atmosphere.
My parents just moved in last week. So far the experience has been nothing short of amazing! The friendliest staff, the food has been delicious, and I love Dr. Castellone!! I’ve worked here and absolutely loved it! I miss it all the time. The residents are amazing and the sweetest, the staff is amazing and great to work with. Everything about this place is just amazing. When the time comes for having to look for somewhere for family members this is my first choice!
My mom is a resident there. The place is welcoming. The residents and staff truly care for one another. It’s not the least expensive but you get what you pay for knowing that you’re mom is being well cared for.
It is a friendly, happy place to live. You can be independent but still looked after. No more cooking, housecleaning, yardwork, or worrying about fixing broken things. If you like hobbies or playing games there are many opportunities here every day. The best move we ever made. The Davis ‘
