Horrible experience!!! I do not recommend renting here!!! They will do everything possible to take as much money from you as possible when you leave. Your deposit will not be returned, and they will make you pay more. The elevators are constantly out of order. In my apartment there was a loud and constant sound of water in the pipes, the office does not respond to these problems.
We’re still living in this apartment and recently renewed the contract for another year — that says a lot. The neighborhood is very convenient: there’s a kindergarten, a school, and a playground nearby, so there’s always a place to go with a child. A shopping center is within walking distance — everything you need is close by. It’s a quiet, comfortable place for family life. We really like it here.
