Amazing management team , always helpful and welcoming
My family and I have been a renters with this community going on 5 years now. I just love how their team works so close with us when we have any issues in our home. Even to help us with extra resources out of our community. Our family feel forever grateful and feel very blessed to continue call The Village At Sota our home.
The office staff is very nice and helpful.
I wish I can give zero stars. This place is just not worth it. The management is so frustrating to work with, the “newly renovated” unit we moved into was filled with a urine smell, dead roaches and the walls were poorly redone. We may be charged for it when we move out knowing our luck with this place. There’s not enough parking for even a 2 car household. Every night we are hoping for parking near our unit. Not to mention that the gate never works while this place is near a high crime rate/homelessness area. I don’t feel s... read more
