Sucks that I paid almost $2,000 for rent and can't have a grill but there's a disgusting grill in the park. Nope I'm not using that crap. This area is now boring to the max and families have to leave their homes just to enjoy gatherings and BBQs somewhere else when they can do that in their homes but who am I to y'all.....just another tenant with money.
These apartments don't look horrible but they are over priced for being smack dab in the hood. This is the most dangerous area in Tacoma, there are homeless living everywhere here. I wouldn't live here for free.
They’re raising our rent at the same time there are shootings in the parking lot. Makes sense.
The only reason this is 4 stars is because of Chelsey in the office is absolutely fantastic. When we moved in there obviously wasn't A proper walk-through. There was a few things that were broken In which if there was a proper walkthrough it would have been taken care of before move in. The ants in the apartment are absolutely insane. The laundry room has a top lock that sometimes gets locked for a whole day at a time. Super inconvenient and makes no sense. The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous.
