Absolutely loved this apartment. Access to Marc train (3 min walk). Access to the stores/restaurant below my apartment. I almost never needed to move my car except on weekends. Quiet space. Safe environment. Both the leasing office and maintenance were always kind and responsive. This apartment community is conveniently located 25 minutes from Baltimore and 30 minutes from D.C. PERFECT LOCATION
As a member of the military, I had a terrible experience here. I was constantly pestered and bothered with cumbersome rules and regulations- strapped with extra fees, and on multiple occasions the apartment managers used extremely passive aggressive methods to communicate with me and with my wife, stopping just short of being downright rude. I would strongly dissuade any of my fellow service members from residing in these apartments, which are sub-par quality regardless for the price you pay.

Great location with nice amenities. A casual stroll to the train station, Spacious floor plans and a wonderful group of professionals running the operation.
