AMAZING The Views is the absolute best apartments I have ever lived in. I am in college and live with my sister and can assure that this place is perfect for both people around my age and older singles and families. Renters Beware! If you’re thinking about moving into these apartments, Beware!! Here’s why: I lived at The Views for almost a year, paid All my bills on time, and kept my apartment Clean! I had to move out a few months early because I found a home for me and my fiancé. The staff told us that we would owe a fee since we were breaking our lease early, which was fine. Not the same You'll come here and you will be wowed! Granite counter tops, awesome views of the baseball field from your balcony and staff calling you by name. Game days are a hassle to get home. Non game days when the parking lot is rented for other activities is a hassle too because you'll be awakened early on a Saturday morning with noise, try high school band playing at 7:45am noise. Fun place to live! Awesome view of the field, Skybox with entertainment & games, Dugout with computers, Saltwater Pool & 24/7 Gym! The new management team Destiny and her staff are amazing. David the maintenance guy is knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend for anyone.
Staff & Management are RUDE !!! The property is beautiful, but the front desk leasing crew and management are absolutely horrible !!!! Please for all means take my advice and do not waste your time nor your money over here
HOME Yes, the apts. are small and the rent is high! You have to be willing to think outside the box especially if you're considering moving into one (insert humor here.) So, let me help. It's not what they tell you, it's what they DON'T! We bought in, baseball season overlooking the stadium, luxury sky-box, infiniti pool - you name it, they sold us on it. We were in just before the season started... O-M-G!!!! What a mistake! Memorial day was one of the worst experiences ever, we saw drugs used openly, fights, gang signs - certainly MOT what we were sold. Not "Cool" at Coolray... Nice Staff, GREAT Maintenance people... Sucks to be here. NOT an apartment 'complex' Think "HOTEL". Loud place. Party people. Not really for the over 50 crowd... Manager can't handle enforcing the rules... When you go to the "Skybox" and watch 30 people ignore a baseball game? Not for baseball lovers... We moved in last October, can't wait for THIS October to get here... Brand bank is selling, we are too... Party place.
The Jury is out... I toured the Views several times towards the end of the baseball season since we were unhappy with our current property managers (Woodward Management Partners), and heard nothing but great things RAM Partners. I signed a lease and found out Woodward Management Partners took over following Monday, Eeek! Upside: If you love baseball you're going to love it here.
