My oasis I love my little oasis I call home. I moved in a couple months ago and I love everything about it here. Honestly. My pup and I love the dog park and going on long walks around the complex, the neighbors are wonderful, and the location is great being in in my mid 20’s. I feel very safe and welcomed at Marquee and I have a feeling I’ll be here a long time!

Looks Nice but not great We have lived here for awhile and the new management is awful. We have been getting text messages that are written in a unprofessional tone,they only want cleanliness when they have someone in a high position coming in. The hallways always smell like weed. No one enforces rules but when a higher person is coming to visit then they must want to threaten us with penalizing fees. Gate is always broken.

Horrible They take out all the bad reviews. This place is horrible. It's like living in a dog pound. Parking isn't very fun either when the games are playing. Management and maintenance are very nasty with you as well.
