Terrible apartments, barely fixed things, came time to move out they lied about broken draw and charge me a 150 cleaning fee which we clean the whole apartment and maybe left a little spec of dirt in the refrigerator… Til this day I have never seen my deposit I was supposed to recieved after move out.. everytime i email no text back but they answer they’re phone.
These apartments was not like how they were when I first moved here 2 years ago, they go up on your rent after you renew your leasing knowing these apartments not in good condition, we are living with MOLD among other stuff, maintenance men don’t have the proper things to fix stuff on top of that they not paying them nor the property manager when they suppose to, where the money going that you all taking from us for this high rent? This the poor side of town
Very Unprofessional, the leasing manager will give you misleading information and gets defensive and very rude when she gets caught in her lies. Whoever is overseeing her and these properties should find someone more qualified for the position. I was told one thing after the other and because the manager could not do her job effectively I was wrongfully denied. They deleted my review years later, but that’s okay I’ll leave another. I still have the pictures. Apartment was infested with german roaches, nothing was clean upon move in, the apartment manager had me sit and wait in my u-haul while he went and picked up a random lady to come clean my apartment (after delaying my move in twice), nails over every window, neighbors leaving water on flooding the apartment, overall a very shitty complex that clearly hasn’t gotten any better.
