If I could give negative stars I would. The leasing agent Tracy illegally added charges to my account that went against my lease. I had to threaten to sue for her to take it off. (Me along with 10 other people in the complex) The units are not up to date as advertised. There is only one maintenance Man and I haven’t had anything fixed in my unit because “he is too busy working on vacant units”….it has been a year now only thing he fixed was my ceiling and that’s because it was literally raining in my bathroom because of a le... read more

Only reason why I gave it two stars was because it’s cheap and most utilities are included. When I arrived on move in day I was told to arrive a little later than expected because the apartment wasn’t ready. No worries. I show up at the time they told me and it still wasn’t ready or cleaned. So, the property manager left and went to pick someone up to clean it. We sat outside for a good 3-4 hours before we were able to move in. Upon move in, there are 5-6 nails in each corner of each window, flooring is coming up, there are ... read more
