Bait-and-Switch, Retaliation, and Management Hostility We moved into The Village at Legacy Ridge expecting a beautiful, upgraded 2BR/2BA with an attached garage - exactly what was promised by leasing agent Suzette in early June. Love this place but I wish they would negotiate on the rent when the apartments price goes 200-300 lower/ month.

Renter beware - ever since this place was purchased by Brookfield it has gone down hill. I’m paying 1850/month for an older 1 bedroom. I’ve been watching the price trends and the same sq ft layout with higher finishes was going for 1500’s in the winter and now 1600’s in the summer. I asked if my rent could be lowered to 1700 and they denied it. After ending my lease my apartment is on the website for 1600’s. They will not let you re-rent it as the pricing is for “first time renters.” I would have paid 100 more a month than t... read more

I have lived at The Village at Legacy Ridge for about 5 years now. Suzette Torres is a dedicated employee and well versed in all areas of her job and all facets of other departments. She has a welcoming personality, professional to everyone and very helpful. My maintenance repairs have been done in a timely manner also.
