I am so fed up with all of the gaslighting and lying that goes on between both the office and maintenance staff. It took seven months to get a broken microwave replaced, and when they finally did, maintenance entered my apartment without prior notice. Now, my washer has been broken for over two weeks. It is extremely disappointing to have to look at this enormous pile of trash every day, watch it continue to grow, and receive absolutely no information about when it will be removed. This amount of trash is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. It is unsanitary, attracts pests, and has become a serious health hazard. There is ZERO oversight to ensure that this dumpster is being used by tenants only, which has directly contributed to this situation. Had a dishwasher give us some trouble and Brian and Colby came by with a brand new washer. Very professional and clean. Happy to have a great maintenance crew like them.
glad i’m moving out next month!! this place is mid. first of all the AC units are insanely loud and annoying, sometimes you can't sleep at night due to the loud noise. appliances are old and make noises. maintenance takes MONTHS to get a work order completed. and the WORST part is the parking, people don't use their garages for parking like they're supposed to , they use if for storage, people with garages park in regular spots :/ the hot tub seems to always be down as in it's not actually hot , it's cold!!!! if the hot tub ... read more
