Have you noticed that some people park in front of the garages because there is NO PARKING FOR GUESTS OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE it is very hard to get a place to park when I come to babysit my client here. So if you are looking to live here think about this.
Solid apartments and supportive staff, prices aren't bad for the area. They do nickel and dime you with fees beyond rent+utilities, so you end up paying $50-100 extra each month; good to keep in mind when calculating budgets. Maintenance is quick to respond but not always helpful; we had two calls where they basically said "Yeah that happens" and left.
