This place has to be the most Inept run business I’ve ever seen we had a meeting last night at every homeowner has to pay almost $500 by April 1 because of a homeowners stupidity of sprain foam in the crawlspace, which caused all of the floor choices to rot out, so the association says every homeowner has to pay for his damage instead of having him go through his insurance or some other recourse the snow removal service out here is horrendous.
