Very poor customer service at this leasing office. We toured a 3-bedroom unit and were told we’d be sent the rental application right away by the agent, Alexandra. That never happened — no email, no text, no call, nothing for an entire day. When we tried reaching her the next day, she ignored our calls. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this leasing office. My family and I visited, viewed a 3-bedroom apartment, and decided to move forward with renting it. The leasing agent, Alexandra, promised to send us the application form the same day. We never received it — no form, no follow-up call, no text message, nothing.
