I have lived here for 6 months and it was good for the first month until my upstairs neighbors moved in. And everyday since then it has been awful. I sometimes work from home and I am also in school full time after I get off work and all day AND night it is stomping and banging and slamming doors. It wakes me up, it wakes my kids up. And I have complained to the office numerous times but it has failed to help in the slightest.
