I am loving my new home!!! Wonderful place to live with a great, professional on site staff. Awesome appliances and amenities as well as valet trash service, just some of the many things I love living at The Village at Compass Pointe!
The townhomes are brand new with great floor plans, and nicely appointed with good amenities. The leasing office is staffed with very nice competent people. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Great place to live!!
The Village of Compass Pointe is a luxury newly built rental complex . Large spacious rooms , pet friendly , and competitive in its pricing. The gym, pool and bbq area are a plus. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend The Village of Compass Pointe.
The team in the leasing office is great to work with. I love the fact that my townhouse was new upon my lease start date and the finished rec center is beautiful! Can't wait for the warm weather to come so I can enjoy the pool area! Great area for your pet friends, too with the dog park and outdoor pet bathing area. A real bonus to pet parents.
Literally the sweetest and kindest leasing company you could ever imagine! I have literally never dealt with any better people! They bend over backwards to help you in every and any way possible! I can't imagine living anywhere else. My little family is so happy here thanks to them!
