My partner and I have really enjoyed our experience at The Village at Compass Point! We moved in mid February 2025 when the first apartment bulding finished. We chose the 4th floor because I feel it would be quieter then having someone above us and over time we've noticed in our experiance that the 1st floor fills up quickest when people move it with families and pets, making it a bit louder. Love this property! The amenities are awesome and the staff is the best. My family came to visit from out of town, and they were equally impressed! The pickle ball courts were a hit, and the dog park for their pup was an incredible bonus. It rained a bit while they were here, so the pool table in the main office was a life saver. Grateful to call this home!
***updated 7/3: my name isn’t rod and I’ve had my account over 4 years but they couldn’t even be bothered to accurately respond to my review without copying and pasting responses from others that are having issues here as well. I’ve lived here for 6 months now and I can’t say that I’ve had a positive experience as some others seems to have had which is unfortunate. I’ve been met with one inconvenience and interruption after another. My place is also not sound proof what so ever. I can hear my neighbors clearly when they are inside or outside. Management isn’t great either. I wish they treated me how they treated people that come in looking for an apartment and touring the place. Living since Thanksgiving and it's been a horrible experience after I moved in. So many things wrong with my apartment and the Manager Leslie doesn't respond to emails as she's "overwhelmed with her workload" as I was told by her and her assistant manager. The new assistant manager finally responded to me on Leslie's behalf and promised to communicate promptly to rectify my issues, so I emailed all of them and then she didn't even respond to me for well over 3 days which contradicts her promised.
