I have lived here for 6 months and it was good for the first month until my upstairs neighbors moved in. And everyday since then it has been awful. I sometimes work from home and I am also in school full time after I get off work and all day AND night it is stomping and banging and slamming doors. It wakes me up, it wakes my kids up. And I have complained to the office numerous times but it has failed to help in the slightest. The girls in the office are AWESOME! I was apartment hunting and decided to stop by and look at this place. Decided to apply the same day. The application/move in process was super easy. Great amenities, elevators and secured access, how much better does it get?? If you are looking for your next home, this is it!
I love living here! My townhome is beautiful and gets tons of sunlight. The office staff and community manager have been amazing—super helpful with my move-in and always quick to answer my questions. The maintenance team is awesome, really professional, and always on top of things. So happy I chose to move to The Village at Compass Pointe!
