Love this community. Minutes away from a fantastic HEB and all the shopping. The team is very responsive to emails and maintenance team is 10/10. Friends love it here
The gym is not 24/7 as they advertise! The pool is often locked or dirty, they don't enforce rules about trash so over the weekend it reeks because people leave their trash from Saturday till Monday morning! Gates are often broken and some of the pedestrians gates have been broken for years! Mail room gets broken in and so on... These are facts - not little issues that we are just picky about so...
